d) Upon confirmation of enrollment in the selected course, scanned copies (front and back) of the following documents must be sent to aluno.rj@slmandic.edu.br
· Birth or marriage certificate – certified by the Brazilian consulate;
· Passport showing personal identification, and the Visa Stamp to enter Brazil (whenever applicable);
· RNE – Foreign National Registry OR the protocol issued by the Federal Police, stating the period of leave to remain in Brazil;
· Recent proof of residence (last three months).
· One 3 cm x 4 cm front-angle photo with neutral background that allows for digital scanning.
e) On the first day of academic activities, it is necessary to bring the original graduation certificate translated by a certified translator and stamped by the Brazilian consulate, which will be digitized by the secretariat.
Note: This higher education institution will only regard the student as duly enrolled once all the aforementioned documents have been received and accepted.
All assignments, tests and other written activities will be done in Portuguese.

The remaining installments must be paid starting from the second module, monthly, on the due dates of the 5th, 10th, 15th, or 20th of each month, which you must choose when signing up for the course.

• Passport containing: Personal data and entry stamp and visa for the country;
• RNE – National Foreigner Registration or its protocol with the Federal Police, this with visa and authorization to remain in the country and indication of the period of stay;
• Recent proof of residence (issued within the last three months).
• 1 photo (3 x 4 cm) taken from a frontal angle with a neutral background, which can be scanned.
(e) On the first day of class, it is necessary to bring the original graduation diploma translated by a sworn public translator and consularized, which will be scanned by the registrar's office.
Note: The institution considers the student duly enrolled after all the aforementioned documents have been submitted.

Students who wish to pay semesterly in full receive a 3% on their monthly fees;
For payments made annually in full, we offer a 4% on monthly fees;
For courses lasting more than 12 months, when all tuition fees are paid upfront, a 7% applied to the tuition fees.
