O curso visa capacitar o Cirurgião-Dentista na especialidade Cirurgia e Traumatologia Bucomaxilofacial, nas áreas ambulatorial e hospitalar, aprofundando seus conhecimentos nos procedimentos de rotina urgências e emergenciais.
O aluno terá contato direto com atividades teórico-prático-demonstrativas, workshops e hands-on de técnicas e materiais empregados na cirurgia bucomaxilofacial, bem como com as últimas inovações na área. Serão realizadas cirurgias nas clínicas da faculdade, bem como cirurgias hospitalares no Hospital São Leopoldo Mandic em Santa Bárbara D’Oeste – SP e na Santa Casa de Araras.

Primeiro Módulo – Concentração: segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h às 18h, com aulas voltadas para a área da especialidade (Cirurgia e Traumatologia Bucomaxilofacial).

Segundo módulo e Terceiro Módulos– Domínio Conexo: Disciplinas obrigatórias e exigidas pelo MEC (Ministério da Educação) e CFO (Conselho Federal de Odontologia), sendo comuns a todas as especialidades, da seguinte forma:
O Segundo módulo ocorrerá presencialmente e com transmissão ao vivo pela plataforma Blackboard durante 4 dias, das 8h às 18h para as disciplinas de Emergências Médicas e Terapêutica Medicamentosa.
O Terceiro módulo módulo, para as disciplinas de Ética e Legislação Odontológica e Metodologia da Pesquisa Científica serão realizados na forma EAD.
Note: Students who have already completed the subjects in these two Related Domain modules (Medical Emergencies, Scientific Research Methodology, Drug Therapy, and Dental Ethics and Legislation) in another Specialization course may request, from the Commercial Department before starting the course, an analysis of the exemption (validation) of these studies, provided that the minimum period of up to 4 years from the start date of the course is respected. Exceptionally for former students of the São Leopoldo Mandic Institution, a proportional discount will be granted on the validated Related Domain subjects. If the request occurs after the start of classes, the discount will only be valid for the months following the date of the request.

• Passport containing: Personal data and entry stamp and visa for the country;
• RNE – National Foreigner Registration or its protocol with the Federal Police, this with visa and authorization to remain in the country and indication of the period of stay;
• Recent proof of residence (issued within the last three months).
• 1 photo (3 x 4 cm) taken from a frontal angle with a neutral background, which can be scanned.
(e) On the first day of class, it is necessary to bring the original graduation diploma translated by a sworn public translator and consularized, which will be scanned by the registrar's office.
Note: The institution considers the student duly enrolled after all the aforementioned documents have been submitted.

d) After confirmation of the course start date, it is necessary to send scanned copies (front and back) of the following documents to the address matricula@slmandic.edu.br.
• Birth or marriage certificate – consularized;
• Passport containing: Personal data and entry stamp and visa for the country;
• RNE – National Foreigner Registration or its protocol with the Federal Police, this with visa and authorization to remain in the country and indication of the period of stay;
• Recent proof of residence (issued within the last three months).
• 1 photo (3 x 4 cm) taken from a frontal angle with a neutral background, which can be scanned.
(e) On the first day of class, it is necessary to bring the original graduation diploma translated by a sworn public translator and consularized, which will be scanned by the registrar's office.
Note: The institution considers the student duly enrolled after all the aforementioned documents have been submitted.

Only those who pay the registration fee by the due date on the payment slip will be considered pre-enrolled. It is important to note, however, that the college reserves the right to finalize enrollment according to the order of payment of the slips, respecting the number of places available in each class. If payment confirmation occurs after the available places have been filled, the applicant will receive a refund of the amount paid.
c) Registration:
* In order for the Institution to consider the student duly enrolled in the class, they must pay the first installment of the tuition fee via bank slip, which will be due up to 5 days before the start of the course, and sign the Contract on the first day of class.
The remaining installments must be paid on the 5th, 10th, 15th, or 20th of each month, which you must choose when signing up for the course.
d) After confirmation of the course start date, it is necessary to send scanned copies (front and back) of the following documents to the address matricula@slmandic.edu.br,
- Digitalized ID card – (Driver's license does not replace this document);
- Digitized CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry);

Note: If you do not have professional registration in your field of work (e.g., CRO, CRM, etc.), you will need to send a scanned copy of your Graduation Diploma.
The institution considers the student duly enrolled after all the aforementioned documents have been submitted.

Current Discounts:
A 10% discount on tuition fees is offered to former students of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, with the exception of those who completed single-module courses or courses lasting less than 12 months, at the following campuses: Campinas, Brasília, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Fortaleza, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, and Vila Velha.
For former undergraduate students of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, who are taking their first postgraduate course (excluding single-module courses), there is a 15% on tuition fees and a 50% on pre-registration.
Students who wish to pay semesterly in full receive a 3% on their monthly fees;
For payments made annually in full, we offer a 4% on monthly fees;
For courses lasting more than 12 months, when all tuition fees are paid upfront, a 7% applied to the tuition fees.
Discounts will not be granted for pre-enrollments, with the exception of former undergraduate students of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic who are taking their first course.

The undergraduate Dentistry course is full-time. Classes are held Monday through Friday, in the morning and afternoon. There are some activities on Saturdays, according to the academic calendar. Learn more details below:
- a) Enrollment:

It is worth mentioning that São Leopoldo Mandic reserves the right to enroll students in accordance with the order of payments, respecting the number of vacancies in each class. b) The documentation required to regularize the enrollment must be presented in physical format at the Student Support/Secretary of the Unit, within the period in accordance with the contract:
– Birth or marriage certificate
– certified by the Brazilian consulate;
– Passport showing personal identification, and the Visa Stamp to enter in Brazil (whenever applicable); – CRNM (National Immigration Registry Card) OR RNE (Foreign National Registry) OR the protocol issued by the Federal Police, stating the period of leave to remain in Brazil; – Professional card (which proves the permission to practice the profession) – Recent proof of residence (last three months); – One 3cm x 4cm front-angle photo with neutral background that allows for digital scanning; – Original Graduation Diploma translated by a sworn and consularized public translator.
Note: As required by the Brazilian Ministry of Education, the Graduation diploma is requested to be scanned at the institution, and must be delivered within the period in accordance with the contract, under penalty of non-issuance of the diploma if you have this pendency. All assignments, tests and other written activities must be done in Portuguese.
