Tem como finalidade aprimorar na especialidade da odontologia estética e restauradora, qualificando-os e habilitando-os na execução de procedimentos de diferentes complexidades, levando-os a desenvolver competência técnica, agilidade, discernimento e confiança pessoal. Conteúdo teórico baseado em evidências científicas, treinamento laboratorial e atendimento clínico a pacientes com ausências dentárias parciais sobre raízes naturais ou sobre implantes. Aliada a reabilitação oral será dado ênfase no uso das técnicas de harmonização facial, fornecendo os princípios básicos da anatomia facial, estética facial e aplicação de toxina botulínica e materiais de preenchimento facial.

Primeiro Módulo – Concentração: Dentística.

Segundo e Terceiro módulos – Domínio Conexo: Disciplinas obrigatórias e exigidas pelo MEC (Ministério da Educação) e CFO (Conselho Federal de Odontologia), sendo comuns a todas as especialidades, da seguinte forma:
O Segundo módulo para as disciplinas de Emergências Médicas e Terapêutica Medicamentosa, serão realizados na forma EAD.
O Terceiro módulo, para as disciplinas de Ética e Legislação Odontológica e Metodologia da Pesquisa Científica serão realizados na forma EAD.
Note: Students who have already completed the subjects in these two Related Domain modules (Medical Emergencies, Scientific Research Methodology, Drug Therapy, and Dental Ethics and Legislation) in another Specialization course may request, from the Commercial Department before starting the course, an analysis of the exemption (validation) of these studies, provided that the minimum period of up to 4 years from the start date of the course is respected. Exceptionally for former students of the São Leopoldo Mandic Institution, a proportional discount will be granted on the validated Related Domain subjects. If the request occurs after the start of classes, the discount will only be valid for the months following the date of the request.

Fornecer ao aluno a obtenção da excelência da estética, através dos ensinamentos relativos às técnicas e materiais envolvidos na execução de restaurações imperceptíveis diretas, como nas restaurações de resinas compostas e facetas, assim como nos procedimentos reabilitadores indiretos – Inlays, onlays, overlays, coroas totais e lentes de contato dental. As técnicas mais modernas de clareamento dental também serão abordadas, assim como uma abordagem completa referente aos assuntos de adesão dentária, retentores intraradiculares e oclusão serão realizadas.
Paralelamente, o curso fornecerá os princípios básicos da Harmonização Orofacial, tão visíveis e importantes na Odontologia Moderna Atual, onde daremos destaque à toxina botulínica, materiais de preenchimento facial e análise facial. Assim, ao final do curso o aluno estará capacitado a tratar os casos clínicos mais complexos, relativos a Especialidade da Dentística, principalmente os casos voltados para a estética dental em harmonia com a estética facial.

The undergraduate Dentistry course is full-time. Classes are held Monday through Friday, in the morning and afternoon. There are some activities on Saturdays, according to the academic calendar. Learn more details below:
- a) Enrollment:

For the Institution to consider the student duly enrolled in the class, they must make the payment corresponding to the enrollment in the course through a bank slip with a CPF, credit card, or international exchange. In addition, the student must electronically sign the digital contract, which will be sent by e-mail through the IziSign Platform. It is worth mentioning that São Leopoldo Mandic reserves the right to enroll students in accordance with the order of payments, respecting the number of vacancies in each class. b) The documentation required to regularize the enrollment must be presented in physical format at the Student Support/Secretary of the Unit, within the period in accordance with the contract:
– Birth or marriage certificate
– certified by the Brazilian consulate;
– Passport showing personal identification, and the Visa Stamp to enter in Brazil (whenever applicable); – CRNM (National Immigration Registry Card) OR RNE (Foreign National Registry) OR the protocol issued by the Federal Police, stating the period of leave to remain in Brazil; – Professional card (which proves the permission to practice the profession) – Recent proof of residence (last three months); – One 3cm x 4cm front-angle photo with neutral background that allows for digital scanning; – Original Graduation Diploma translated by a sworn and consularized public translator.
Note: As required by the Brazilian Ministry of Education, the Graduation diploma is requested to be scanned at the institution, and must be delivered within the period in accordance with the contract, under penalty of non-issuance of the diploma if you have this pendency. All assignments, tests and other written activities must be done in Portuguese.
