To prepare dentists, through knowledge and technical-scientific-clinical training, to work in the field of Dental Prosthetics, enabling them to treat patients in the areas of Complete Dentures, Removable Partial Dentures, Fixed Partial Dentures, Occlusion, Temporomandibular Dysfunction and Orofacial Pain, and Implant-supported Prostheses. Students will also be trained to teach undergraduate courses and to coordinate and teach postgraduate courses in Dental Prosthetics, being prepared through seminar presentations and discussion of research articles.
First Module – Related Domain: Drug Therapy, will be offered in a hybrid format.
ATTENTION:

The six consecutive modules will also include subjects from the Related Domain Area, which take place over four days per month, with classes from Tuesday to Friday, depending on the availability of physical space, from 2 pm to 6 pm on the first day of each module and from 8 am to 6 pm on the following three days. The dates are defined according to a calendar presented by the General Secretariat.
Note: The subjects of Experimental and Human Bioethics, Scientific Research Methodology, and Biostatistics will be taught in an online format.
Note: Students who have already completed the Related Domain modules in another Master's program may request an exemption (validation) analysis from the Commercial Department before starting the course, provided that these studies were completed within a minimum period of 4 years from the start date of the course. Exceptionally, former students of the São Leopoldo Mandic Institution will be granted a proportional discount on the validated Related Domain subjects. If the request is made after the start of classes, the discount will only be valid for the months following the date of the request.
From the eighth module, the course will take place from Wednesday to Saturday, also on dates established by the faculty, from 8 am to 6 pm, with classes focused on the Area of Concentration (Dental Prosthetics).

Other attractive features include laboratory and hands-on classes in cavity preparation, provisional restorations, metal and glass post cores, occlusal splints, occlusal adjustment, mounting on an ASA articulator, and hands-on implant-supported prostheses. Hands-on mannequin work on veneers and adhesive cementation will also be offered. These classes provide students with confidence when performing procedures on patients in the clinic. In addition, seminars are offered where students discuss highly relevant topics in the field of prosthodontics under the supervision of the professor.

A 10% discount on tuition fees is offered to former students of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, with the exception of those who completed single-module courses or courses lasting less than 12 months, at the following campuses: Campinas, Brasília, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Fortaleza, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, and Vila Velha.
For former undergraduate students of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, who are taking their first postgraduate course (excluding single-module courses), there is a 15% on tuition fees and a 50% on pre-registration.
Students who wish to pay semesterly in full receive a 3% on their monthly fees;
For payments made annually in full, we offer a 4% on monthly fees;
For courses lasting more than 12 months, when all tuition fees are paid upfront, a 7% applied to the tuition fees.
Discounts will not be granted for pre-enrollments, with the exception of former undergraduate students of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic who are taking their first course.
