The 2026 National Meeting promoted an academic immersion with renowned experts, innovative content, and activities focused on technical development and entrepreneurship in Dentistry.

São Leopoldo Mandic brought together more than 350 students from the Special Master's Program, from different specialties in Dentistry, for a week of academic enrichment. The event, owned by the institution, aims to promote immersion, exchange of experiences, innovation, and reflections on the future of Dentistry.

During the meeting, students from the Special Master's Program at São Leopoldo Mandic, coming from various regions of the country, gathered at the institution's headquarters in Campinas. The program featured renowned names in the field, invited to speak about the main challenges and solutions in contemporary dentistry. Among the highlights were Dr. Paulo Vinicius and Dr. Maristela Lobo. The event also included the special participation of the institution's founder, Dr. José Luiz Cintra Junqueira.

Furthermore, the program included the participation of professionals from other areas, broadening the students' training with content that goes beyond the traditional course syllabus. Among the topics covered were artificial intelligence, marketing, and entrepreneurship. In the area of ​​marketing, the event featured the presence of Mandic's Executive Marketing Director, Alexandre Ferraz, as a special guest.

According to Dr. Marcelo Sperandio, a professor at São Leopoldo Mandic, the National Meeting is an opportunity to connect with different specialties and understand the current challenges of Dentistry beyond the office. "It is in this environment of exchanging ideas and interdisciplinarity that knowledge advances and new ideas flourish," he explains.

The students also participated in a special class with pediatric dentist and digital influencer Paulo Benevides, known as Tio Paulo, in his debut as a professor at the institution. During the meeting, he discussed strategies for differentiating oneself in a competitive market. In addition, he spoke about entrepreneurship concepts applied to practice management and patient experience, as well as sharing life and career experiences.

“It was a very enriching experience, providing contact with various specialties, professors, and different content, including management classes and learning that goes beyond technical practice. Without a doubt, it was a week that added a lot to my personal life and my professional career,” highlighted Dr. Marcela Forma Fragoso, a student in the Special Master's Program in Stomatology at São Leopoldo Mandic.
