This new area of ​​operation will expand the availability of beds for the SUS (Brazilian public healthcare system) and strengthen the practical training environment for medical students in the city. 

CAMPINAS, December 19, 2025 – The Mandic Group officially signed a contract this Friday to begin its operations at the Casa de Saúde de Campinas. With operations scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026, the initiative represents a strategic milestone for public health and medical education in the region. 

The project's central objective is to occupy a dedicated structure within the hospital complex to expand the availability of beds for the Unified Health System (SUS). This measure aims to alleviate local demand, guaranteeing the population greater access to qualified, humane, and efficient care. 

According to Professor Dr. José Luiz Cintra Junqueira, President of the Mandic Group, the partnership consolidates the institution's vocation in combining healthcare and education. “With great satisfaction, we announce this new advancement. The presence of São Leopoldo Mandic's expertise at the Health Center allows us to strengthen our mission on two fronts: expanding humanized care to the population and offering a solid and qualified practice environment for our students and clinical staff,” he states.
