São Leopoldo Mandic has been elected, once again consecutively, the number 1 Higher Education Institution in Dentistry by RUF. This year, the Medicine course rose five positions and now occupies the 8th place in the ranking.

According to the Folha University Ranking (RUF) 2025, the Dentistry undergraduate course at São Leopoldo Mandic remains, for another consecutive year, the best among private institutions in the country. In the overall ranking of Higher Education Institutions, the course occupies 7th place.

“Having our course once again occupy first place in the ranking is the result of Mandic's commitment and investment in high technology, an innovative pedagogical project, and a qualified faculty.” – highlighted Prof. Dr. Rui Barbosa, director of the undergraduate Dentistry program at São Leopoldo Mandic. 

This year, the Medicine course also stands out, achieving 8th position in the ranking among private institutions nationwide. Compared to the previous year's publication, the course has risen 5 positions. Furthermore, the institution also holds 3rd place in the State of São Paulo. 

Every year, the Folha University Ranking classifies public and private higher education institutions in the country, evaluating the 40 courses with the highest number of new students, including Medicine and Dentistry. 

During the evaluation, national and international data are considered, along with two opinion polls from Datafolha. These polls assess aspects such as research, education, the market, internationalization, and innovation.

Currently, Mandic is investing in expanding its Internationalization Program, which takes students and professors to countries such as the United States, India, Indonesia, Italy, and Portugal. The program's main objective is to provide these students with access to innovative teaching methods and different approaches, especially in practical areas such as hospital internships.
