It is an institutional commitment to organize strategic planning and establish goals for the improvement and excellence of the courses offered by Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic. The institutional self-assessment process, coordinated by the Self-Assessment Committee, includes the following objectives:
- To produce self-awareness that considers the set of activities and purposes fulfilled by the institution;
- Identify the causes of your problems and deficiencies;
- To confirm and promote the maintenance of the strengths and potential of the higher education institution;
- To make the institution's connection with its community more effective;
- To promote systematic improvements in all processes and procedures of the Faculty.
Based on the results of the institutional self-assessment obtained by the Self-Assessment Committee (CPA) and research conducted by the Center for Intelligence, Analysis and Educational Management (CIAGE), the PPG-Odontologia SLMANDIC conducts a broad debate with the members of the Board and Directors of the IES and discusses the improvements that can be implemented and the establishment of a strategic plan to achieve the established goals.
