The commitment to the development of Brazilian society and the community-oriented nature of the São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty, based on a close relationship with society through the provision of specialized services in the fields of Medicine and Dentistry, is one of the main pillars in the development of the faculty's research and teaching activities.
Therefore, in addition to health promotion, maintenance, and rehabilitation services, SLMANDIC also provides outpatient and inpatient medical and dental care through partner organizations.

To efficiently and effectively serve all patients seeking treatment at the Faculty, the Institution has medical and dental clinics that offer treatment that is not free, but whose cost is directly linked to the equipment and materials used in the service. In the Dentistry clinic at the SLMANDIC unit in Campinas (SP) alone, more than 75,000 procedures are performed annually.
MedMandic Clinic offers care in approximately 15 medical specialties and examinations at affordable prices. The goal is to provide quality medical care more quickly, ensuring greater access to healthcare for all.

The services at the SLM Hospital Clinic are provided by renowned doctors, some of whom are also professors in the Faculty's Medical School, and are available Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Consultations and examinations are offered at affordable prices.
Appointments for medical exams and consultations in all offered specialties must be made by phone or using the form below.

Dental
Dental treatments at SLMANDIC are performed by dentists who are students enrolled in the courses offered by the Unit, under the supervision and guidance of faculty members, and take place during the course period. Therefore, the start and duration of treatment are directly related to the start and duration of the courses at the Faculty. Furthermore, these treatments are not free, and the fee charged is directly related to the cost of the materials used.
The Faculty provides services to the community at its campuses in Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Campinas, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Vila Velha.

To apply for dental treatment at SLMANDIC, interested individuals must schedule an appointment for screening.
On the scheduled screening day, applicants must bring their ID card or an official document with a photo, their CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), and proof of residence. Minors must always be accompanied by a legal guardian with identification.
Scheduling to begin treatment will occur when the applicant's needs coincide with their ongoing courses at the Faculty.
The Faculty also provides services to the community at its campuses in Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Vila Velha.

To apply for dental treatment at SLMANDIC, interested individuals must schedule an appointment for screening.
Treatment will then be scheduled when the applicant's needs coincide with their current course schedule
at the Faculty.

The Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Service at São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty is a national reference in the diagnosis of oral cavity diseases, receiving samples from various regions of the country and contributing directly to the care of thousands of patients.
With modern infrastructure, a highly qualified team, and standardized processes, we offer histopathological analysis of tissues from the mouth, facial bones, and salivary glands, assisting the dentist in clinical management and definitive diagnosis.

Examination
How to request an exam
To send a biopsy to the lab, follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the Examination Request Form
Please attach a complete request form containing patient data, lesion location, and diagnostic hypothesis. For intraosseous lesions, it is essential to send the imaging exam for issuing the report (this can be provided digitally, via email or WhatsApp). When available, clinical images can also be attached, as they may contribute to the final diagnosis.
2. Prepare and properly package the sample
The material must be fixed in 10% formalin in an appropriate volume, with at least 10 times the volume of the specimen.
Identify the bottle correctly.
3. Deliver to the Pathology Laboratory Reception
Samples can be delivered in person to SLMandic in Campinas.
The processing time is up to 20 business days.
Special cases, which require additional techniques, may need extra time.

Dental
The dental clinics at São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty respond to requests from public or private institutions and the community in general, targeting individuals who are referred or identified as having specific needs for dental treatments in the areas of Restorative Dentistry, Temporomandibular Dysfunction, Implantology, Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Dental Prosthetics, Endodontics, among others.
In the dental clinics, treatments are performed by dentists who are students of the courses offered by the Unit, under the supervision and guidance of the Faculty's professors, and take place during the course period; therefore, the start and duration of treatments are directly related to the start of the courses at the Faculty.
Another service provided by SLMANDIC to society is the preparation of pathological reports through the Pathology Laboratory at its Campinas Unit, which serves demands from all over the country, including requests from municipalities, entities, and hospitals.
Clinic SLM Hospital
Located in an area of approximately 900 m², at Rua da Abolição, 1874, opposite the São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty in Campinas, the clinic has the capacity to serve around 8,000 patients per month. At the Med Mandic Clinic, technology and data analysis tools are also an important part. Professionals have access to electronic medical records, a complete and integrated document with each patient's history, and access to the UpToDate platform, which has a constantly updated database to assist in the analysis of the entire medical history, based on evidence and literature, to indicate possible and best treatments.
There are more than 30 medical specialties to serve the population. Some of them include: Gynecology and Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Psychiatry, Neurology, Angiology, General Practice, Gastroenterology, Proctology, Head and Neck Surgery, and Family Medicine, among others.
The Clinic also performs Ultrasound and Obstetric Ultrasound (Prenatal) examinations, Cardiac Pacemaker Evaluation, Echocardiogram, Stress Test and Clinical Analyses. Appointments can be made by calling (19) 3731-7250.
