The Internationalization Program brings about a complete transformation, focusing on curricular innovation, faculty development, and, of course, exchange opportunities for students. The idea is to prepare our students to operate in a global environment, always striving for excellence in teaching, in addition to expanding their knowledge.
The Academic Mobility Program aims to articulate and expand the academic relationships between students and faculty in undergraduate and graduate courses in Medicine and Dentistry.
The Academic Mobility Program was created based on guidelines from the Ministry of Education (MEC) and with the support of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES).
To offer students and faculty the opportunity to expand their academic knowledge and perspectives.
To enrich the diversity of academic training through exposure to innovative teaching methods, research, and different approaches in medical and dental practice.
To promote the exchange of knowledge and best practices among medical and dental education institutions around the world.
To foster understanding and global collaboration in the field of health.
To provide students with the experience of living through different health systems, teaching methods, and cultures in the health field.
To strengthen professional development through experience in diverse healthcare settings.
In the midst of developing a plan to expand its international partnerships, we currently have several agreements signed with educational and research institutions in the United States, India, Indonesia, Italy, and Portugal. In addition to these existing agreements, new partnerships are rapidly expanding.

After acceptance, you must inform the Internationalization Directorate about the academic mobility agreement via email (Medicine – mobilidadeinternacional.medicina@slmandic.edu.brand Dentistry – mobilidadeinternacional.odontologia@slmandic.edu.br).
