Aligned with the values, principles, and purposes of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, the Mandic Ombudsman's Office is an institutional communication channel through which you can safely express your opinion and voice your concerns, dissatisfaction, suggestions, and compliments on a wide range of issues related to the Faculty, including those related to the São Leopoldo Mandic Units.

The Ombudsman's Office is guided by confidentiality, discretion, impartiality, and impersonality, and aims to provide democratic communication between you and the Faculty to promote stronger relationships, increased transparency in the handling of institutional information, continuous improvement of services and activities, and support for institutional planning.

In addition to the communication channels described here, the Ombudsman's Office has a room at the Campinas Unit for in-person service. Therefore, if you prefer this service, please go to the Ombudsman's Office, near the Library, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.
