Prof. Dr. José Carlos Pettorossi Imparato

With a degree in Dentistry, he built his career through specializations in Pediatric Dentistry, Radiology, and Archaeology, furthering his studies with a master’s and a doctorate in Dental Sciences. He served as president of ABOPED from 2016 to 2019 and has also worked as an international consultant. He received a Level 2 research productivity fellowship, focusing on topics such as the tooth bank, the anatomy of primary teeth, and minimally invasive techniques. With 35 years of experience, he has authored more than 370 articles, 27 books, and 143 published chapters, and has received over 90 awards. In 2024, he was honored with the title of “Immortal” by the Brazilian Academy of Dentistry.
