The Campinas Campus is the main campus of São Leopoldo Mandic College, the place where the original project took shape and flourished. Today, it is a cutting-edge center for the disciplines of Medicine and Dentistry, which, for over 25 years, has been providing its students with high-quality education. It is from this central campus that the expertise flows to nourish the institution’s other branches throughout Brazil.The facilities are designed to foster learning in contemporary dental and medical practices, featuring state-of-the-art classrooms and clinical labs. Its legacy includes an extensive roster of qualified professionals and a history of service to the community.At the Campinas Campus, you’ll find comprehensive infrastructure, including 14 dental clinics with a total of 199 workstations, a surgical center with six operating rooms, and inpatient services. In addition, there is an imaging clinic equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including X-ray, advanced CT scanners, and intraoral and facial scanners; air-conditioned classrooms with multimedia resources; five spacious auditoriums; four multidisciplinary laboratories; and Mandic Digital for digital dental prosthetics.Medical students, on the other hand, have contact with patients starting in their first semester. In addition, we have state-of-the-art, fully technologized labs with robots that simulate human reactions.Our Anatomy Laboratory features real specimens, which contributes to high-quality study and training. Furthermore, we have the most comprehensive and modern surgical techniques laboratory in the country, equipped with high-fidelity virtual reality simulators, including the Da Vinci robot, Robotix Mentor, and Lap Mentor Express.Throughout the program, students have direct contact with patients. To this end, we have partnerships with a network of hospitals and healthcare facilities in Campinas. In total, there are more than 1,600 beds available for students to practice and experience medicine at leading hospitals in the region.In addition to all this, we have a physical and online library with access to the CAPES Journal Portal and the institution’s digital collection, as well as parking and easy access to the country’s major airports.São Leopoldo Mandic College is committed to training compassionate doctors and dentists; as such, students have the opportunity to volunteer in providing care to underserved populations throughout Brazil.
