The Porto Alegre campus of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic has been in operation since 2003 and continues to make its mark in training critical, ethical, and socially responsible professionals.Its infrastructure is designed to offer cutting-edge, student-centered education, with fully equipped classrooms and clinics. In addition, both practical and theoretical courses are taught by faculty members with extensive academic and professional experience who are recognized both nationally and internationally. All of this is done in accordance with market demands, trends in dentistry, and SLMANDIC’s teaching methodologies.With the goal of serving as a transformative force in society through excellence in teaching and research, the Unit offers a variety of programs across a wide range of dental specialties and provides students with access to the profession’s most modern techniques. The high volume of patient care provided to residents of Porto Alegre and the entire region gives students the opportunity to experience the most modern techniques in dentistry, including access to digital medical records.At this campus, you will find: 3 clinics (with a total of 36 treatment units), 1 radiology department equipped with a state-of-the-art CT scanner, an intraoral scanning room, air-conditioned classrooms with audiovisual resources, and 1 multidisciplinary laboratory.Students will also have access, from anywhere, to the CAPES Journal Portal and the São Leopoldo Mandic College Institutional Repository, contributing to learning beyond the classroom.Come check it out!
