In line with the values, principles, and purposes of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, the Mandic Ombuds Office Office is an institutional communication channel through which you can safely express your opinions and share your concerns, dissatisfactions, suggestions, and compliments on any matter relating to the College, including those concerning São Leopoldo Mandic campus.

The Ombuds Office Office operates on the basis of confidentiality, discretion, impartiality, and impersonality, aiming to foster democratic communication between you and the College in order to strengthen relationships, increase transparency in the handling of institutional information, continuously improve services and activities, and support institutional planning.
