Ombudsman's Office: A Channel for Listening and Institutional Improvement

In line with the values, principles, and purposes of São Leopoldo Mandic College, the Mandic Ombuds Office is an institutional communication channel through which you can safely express your opinions and share your concerns, dissatisfactions, suggestions, and compliments on any matter relating to the College, including those concerning São Leopoldo Mandic campus.

The Ombuds Office operates on the principles of confidentiality, discretion, impartiality, and impersonality, with the goal of fostering democratic communication between you and the College in order to strengthen relationships, increase transparency in the handling of institutional information, continuously improve services and activities, and support institutional planning.
