Prof.ª Dr.ª Maristela Maia Lobo

She holds a degree in Dentistry, a specialization in Periodontics, a master’s degree in Cariology, and a doctorate in Dentistry. Having pursued international training, she completed a residency in Implantology at Harvard and a specialization in botulinum toxin and dermal fillers at the Marc Institute in Miami. Over the course of her 25-year career, she has established herself as a leading authority in the field, having authored scientific articles, book chapters, and the book *Anesthesiology Applied to Orofacial Harmonization*. In addition to serving as scientific editor of the BDS Journal and as a columnist for Implantnews Magazine, she is dedicated to teaching and clinical practice.
