The Mandic Faculty Academy is the official faculty development program of the São Leopoldo Mandic Medical Graduate School. Structured in six stages—ranging from selection to ongoing evaluation—it ensures that every faculty member undergoes pedagogical onboarding, clinical teaching training, and practical training before their first class, with recurring cycles and ongoing evaluation that ensure a standard of excellence and continuous improvement throughout their entire teaching career at the institution.
