This course aims to train dental surgeons specializing in pediatric dentistry to safely manage cases involving occlusal abnormalities, providing an in-depth understanding of the growth and development of the dentition and craniofacial structures, the changes that occur during this process, and the options for correcting malocclusions. The course content is applied in a practical manner in the clinic, with patients seen in pairs and monthly discussions of cases presented by the students. As a unique feature, the course also covers Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMD) and Bruxism—conditions commonly encountered in pediatric dentistry that broaden the professional’s diagnostic and therapeutic expertise.
