Enrollment Payment Method: Bank payment slip or credit card (minimum installment of R$ 500.00, payable in up to 6 installments). Tuition Payment Methods: Tuition payments must be made via bank payment slips, which must be paid by 5 days before the start of the course. For international students, the student must pay three months’ tuition in advance on the first day of class, in Brazilian currency (Real). The remaining installments must be paid monthly starting with the second module, due on the 10th of each month. Refunds: (1) If a registered student submits a request to withdraw from the course under the terms mentioned above, at least 20 (twenty) days before the course start date, São Leopoldo Mandic College will refund the equivalent of 80% (eighty percent) of the course fee, with the remaining 20% (twenty percent) considered administrative expenses; (2) If the registrant submits a request to withdraw from the course under the terms set forth above after the course has begun, the registrant will forfeit the right to a refund of the course fee, even if they have not attended classes, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, the Institution’s General Regulations for Graduate Studies, and also because the courses are offered based on the number of enrolled students, in which case the withdrawn student’s spot is considered filled; (3) For students enrolled in courses designated as “Remaining Spots/Immediate Start,” if the student submits a request to withdraw from the course under the terms mentioned above at least 20 (twenty) days before the start date of the next module, São Leopoldo Mandic College will refund 80% (eighty percent) of the tuition fee, with the remaining 20% (twenty percent) considered administrative fees. Important Note: If the course does not take place or is postponed for any reason by the institution, the registrant will be entitled to a 100% (one hundred percent) refund of the amount paid for enrollment, regardless of when the registrant becomes aware of this rescheduling. If the registrant, upon becoming aware of this rescheduling, chooses to withdraw from the course, the refund will be 80% of the enrollment fee paid.
