Curso Specialization in Dentistry for Patients with Special Needs (CFO/MEC)

This course is for you

Through approaches such as problem-based learning, clinical simulations, and the use of advanced educational technologies, students are prepared—using active teaching methods in a comprehensive and dynamic way—to meet the challenges of modern dental practice.

The program includes theoretical, practical, clinical, laboratory, and demonstration classes.

First module: Area of concentration; 

Second and third modules: Related Field: Courses that are mandatory and required by the MEC (Ministry of Education) and the CFO (Federal Council of Dentistry), which are common to all specialties, as follows:

Second module: Courses in Dental Ethics and Legislation and Scientific Research Methodology will be conducted via distance learning.

Third module: Courses in Medical Emergencies and Pharmacotherapy will be conducted via distance learning.

Note: Students who have already completed the Conexo courses may request credit transfer. Starting with the fourth module, the course will resume its regular schedule, following the academic calendar.

SLMandic reserves the right not to start the course on the date scheduled above if the minimum number of students is not met. Enrollees must wait for confirmation of the start date from the Sales Department so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

Current Discounts:
A 10% discount on tuition for alumni of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, except for those who took single-module courses or who completed a program lasting less than 12 months, regardless of the campus.
Undergraduate alumni of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic who are enrolling in their first graduate program—excluding single-module courses—receive a 15% discount on tuition and a 50% discount on the registration fee.
Students who wish to pay tuition in a lump sum each semester receive a 3% discount on tuition; for payments made annually in a lump sum, we offer a 6% discount on tuition. For courses lasting more than 24 months, when all tuition payments for the course are paid in a lump sum, the discount is 10% on monthly tuition; for graduate courses lasting less than 24 months, when all monthly tuition payments are paid in a lump sum, the discount is 7% on monthly tuition.

Sign the digital contract sent by email through the Totvs platform and pay your monthly fees via payment slip on the 10th of each month.
Submit your birth/marriage certificate, ID card, CPF, professional license, proof of residence, a 3×4 photo, and your undergraduate degree to the Student Support Office.
Tuition payment via bank slip, PIX, or credit card (minimum installment of R$ 500.00, payable in up to 10 installments).
Payment plan in 6 installments with 5% interest on the full course fee. A down payment is required before signing the contract.
Withdrawal up to 20 days before the start of the course/module: 80% refund, with 20% retained to cover administrative expenses. After this period, there will be no refund of the registration fee, as it is not possible to find a replacement for the registered participant.
