Through approaches such as problem-based learning, clinical simulations, and the use of advanced educational technologies, students are prepared through active teaching methodologies in a comprehensive and dynamic way to meet the challenges of modern dental practice.
The program includes theoretical, clinical, and laboratory classes.
The course is accredited by the MEC and the CFO, ensuring national recognition from a leading institution of higher education, Mandic. This guarantees the quality of instruction and provides a solid education that is recognized throughout the country.
Triple Certification: Dental surgeons who complete this course will receive three certificates: a certificate as a Specialist in Orthodontics, recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and the Federal Council of Dentistry (CFO), as well as certificates in Training in Mini-Implants and Orthodontic Mini-Screws and Training in Digital Workflow for Dental Aligners, both recognized by the MEC.

First Module – Concentration.
Second and Fourth Modules: Related Field: required courses mandated by the MEC (Ministry of Education) and the CFO (Federal Council of Dentistry), common to all specialties, as follows:
Second module: the courses in Dental Ethics and Legislation and Scientific Research Methodology will be delivered via distance learning.
Fourth Module: The courses Medical Emergencies and Pharmacotherapy will be offered through distance learning.
Note: Students who have already taken the corresponding courses may request credit transfer.
SLMandic reserves the right not to start the course on the scheduled date if the minimum number of students is not reached. Enrolled students must wait for confirmation of the start date from the Sales Department before making any arrangements.
