Certification in Laser Therapy (MEC/CFO)

The goal of the course is to train dentists in the safe use of LED and laser equipment, equipping them for the clinical application of laser therapy, photodynamic therapy, laser surgery, systemic laser therapy, and diagnosis using optical methods in various areas of healthcare. The course follows a hybrid format, combining recorded classes with in-person sessions. It covers the practical and clinical application of the concepts and features a fully equipped laser laboratory (high- and low-power) where healthcare professionals will have the opportunity to use a variety of devices, providing students with a comprehensive education. The course also includes a dedicated class on laser therapy for patients with onco-hematological conditions—a fascinating field in which healthcare professionals will be prepared to begin practicing. Digital support materials are part of a proprietary teaching methodology for dosimetry, which enables students to develop their own clinical protocols and work independently of pre-established protocols and treatment plans. Diagnosis, treatment, and methods for the clinical evaluation of results will be addressed across the various areas of laser application.
