The main objective of the course will be based on the dissection of fresh cadavers (FRESH FROZEN CADAVERS). Students will gain hands-on experience with the entire process of dissecting the muscles, arteries, veins, and nerves of the upper and lower limbs.

It enables participants to expand their observational skills, improve their manual dexterity, and introduces them to ethical and social dilemmas that require them to adopt a responsible attitude toward patients—or, in this case, the “silent teacher,” the cadaver.

The course aims to introduce students to preservation techniques designed to maintain, as closely as possible, the morphology and characteristics of the specimens as they appear in living beings—including consistency, coloration, and flexibility.

Students will receive a human anatomy atlas (Upper and Lower Limbs) to serve as a guide for the course, as well as a dissection kit.
