• An in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the most prevalent mental disorders, from diagnosis to treatment, enhancing students’ competence in working in outpatient services, psychosocial care centers, and psychiatric wards;
• Experienced physicians working in psychiatry or other areas of medicine will be able to enhance and update their knowledge;
• Newly graduated physicians will be able to begin their path toward obtaining board certification in psychiatry, as the course will provide solid theoretical preparation for the Brazilian Psychiatric Association (ABP) board certification exam;
