Prof. Dr. Paulo Vinícius Soares taught a class as a special guest to graduate students at the São Leopoldo Mandic School of Dentistry’s Curitiba campus. The class was given to students in the first module of the integrated specialty program in Prosthodontics and Dentistry.

The lecture focused on non-carious lesions; over the course of 8 hours, students learned how to preserve lesions, diagnose their causes, and perform the appropriate treatment for each case.

Professor Dr. Paulo Vinicius Soares is a world-renowned authority on the subject, with several books published and translated into other languages. Among his works is the book “Noncarious Cervical Lesions and Cervical Dentin Hypersensitivity: Etiology, Diagnosis, and Treatment,” published by Quintessence Publishing International, Chicago (2017).
