São Leopoldo Mandic College (SLMandic), a national leader in the field of health among the country’s private higher education institutions, announces the arrival of Guilherme Kato as the institution’s CTO and Director of IT. With a degree in Computer Science from PUC-SP (Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo) and an Executive MBA from Insper, Kato has over 21 years of experience in the technology sector and has held positions at companies such as dr.consulta, where he served in the same role for five years, as well as at Pluxee, Dasa, and Walmart, working on digital transformation and disruption projects in the new economy across various areas, including Products, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Operations.
At São Leopoldo Mandic, Guilherme will be responsible for all aspects of technology and will help advance the institution’s strategy with a focus on digitization, artificial intelligence, analytics, and information security. “It is an honor to be part of one of the most prestigious colleges in the country.
