São Leopoldo Mandic, one of Brazil’s most respected higher education institutions in the medical field, was once again recognized in the RUF 2025 (Folha University Ranking), published by the Folha de S. Paulo newspaper. The publication ranked the institution’s dentistry program as the best in Brazil among the country’s private higher education institutions in this field of study—a position it has held for the past three years—and 7th overall.
The medical program in Campinas ranked 8th among private institutions, moving up 5 spots since the last ranking. The ranking annually evaluates 40 degree programs from all active universities in the country, using national and international data and two Datafolha opinion surveys, across five categories (research, teaching, job market, internationalization, and innovation).
A leader in health education, São Leopoldo Mandic continues to invest in achieving excellence in teaching and research. In addition, the college continues to expand its Internationalization Program, which provides students and faculty with access to innovative teaching methods and diverse approaches, particularly in practical areas such as hospital internships. São Leopoldo Mandic currently has 11 agreements in place with educational and research institutions in the United States, India, Indonesia, Italy, and Portugal.
