Termos e Condições para o Uso do Aplicativo Mandic
O aplicativo SLMandic é uma plataforma educacional da Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, desenvolvida para alunos de cursos presenciais, semipresenciais e online, bem como para funcionários e usuários afiliados à instituição.
O aplicativo não coleta informações pessoais de seus usuários. Todos os dados encontrados no aplicativo são provenientes dos sistemas da São Leopoldo Mandic, e o seu tratamento é realizado em conformidade com a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei nº 13.709/2018).
Dados tratados pelo aplicativo
O aplicativo não coleta informações pessoais além daquelas já existentes nos sistemas da São Leopoldo Mandic. Os dados tratados incluem:
- •Identificação: nome completo, CPF, matrícula e senha;
- •Comunicação: telefone e e-mail institucional;
- •Dados acadêmicos: notas, faltas, atividades, curso, disciplinas e status de matrícula;
- •Profile: user photo, calendar and time zone.
Technical features and device permissions
To provide its services, the app may request access to features on the user's device, exclusively for the purposes indicated below:
- •Geolocation: used in the campus map, digital ID card, and maintenance requests;
- •Camera: used for reading QR codes and for sending photos in maintenance requests;
- •NFC: used for access to campus turnstiles;
- •Biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID): optional use, at the user's discretion, for authentication in the app.
Privacy by design and by default
The app was developed based on the principles of privacy by design and privacy by default, collecting only the data strictly necessary for its operation.
The app's default settings prioritize user data protection, with sessions automatically closed after a certain period of inactivity.
Security
Data is protected by encrypted authentication, firewall, VPN, granular access permissions, and access restricted exclusively through the authorized app.
Data sharing
Information may be shared with other companies in the Grupo Mandic, provided that academic and institutional purposes are maintained.
Data disclosure without prior notice will occur only when legally required or in response to judicial proceedings.
