Clinical Case Book Chapter
To obtain a Professional or Academic Master’s degree, the student must be listed as one of the authors of a clinical case book chapter from São Leopoldo Mandic College, to be published only in the year of the thesis defense. Chapters must be submitted by June 30 of the year of the defense, in accordance with the institution’s requirements and including the following mandatory documents: a) CEP approval opinion; b) content agreement form signed by the advisor.

This service consists of locating complete references of interest to the requester through document delivery services, enabling the acquisition of copies of journal articles, theses and dissertations, conference proceedings, technical reports, and book chapters (subject to copyright law). COMUT is a service affiliated with the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (IBICT), which allows for the retrieval of technical and scientific documents available in the collections of various Brazilian and international libraries. After the search, the user receives a quote via email for obtaining the full article, specifying the database where it was found, the delivery timeline, payment details, and the delivery method. Fees apply in the following cases: 1 to 50 references = no charge. We do not process lists of more than 50 references. NOTE: Charges apply only if a COMUT request is required; banking details will be sent by email. Processing time: 7 business days.

After the thesis defense, the student must submit the final file and the final version agreement form to the Library via an online form for formatting verification. If the thesis complies with the Institution’s established standards, the catalog card will be prepared. If the thesis does not comply, it will be returned to the student for corrections. Processing time: 15 business days.

<p>This service involves locating the full references of interest to the requester through bibliographic retrieval, which makes it possible to obtain copies of journal articles, theses and dissertations, conference proceedings, technical reports, and book chapters (provided they are authorized under the Copyright Law).</p> <p>COMUT is a service affiliated with the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (IBICT), which allows users to obtain copies of technical and scientific documents available in the collections of various libraries in Brazil and abroad.</p> <p>After the search, the user receives a quote via email for the full-text article, indicating the database where it was found, the estimated delivery time, payment details, and delivery method. To receive the quote*, a fee must be paid in the following cases:</p> <p>• 1 to 50 references = no cost</p> <ul> <li>We do not search lists with more than 50 references.</li> </ul> <p><strong>NOTE:</strong> Billing will occur only for requests submitted through COMUT, and bank details will be sent via email.</p> <p><strong>Turnaround time for requests: 7 business days</strong>.</p>
