Discover the three apps available from the São Leopoldo Mandic Library to undergraduate and graduate students in Medicine and Dentistry: SophiA Biblioteca, the CAPES Journal Portal app, and UpToDate.
SophiA Library
The São Leopoldo Mandic Library provides its students and faculty with the mobile version of the SophiA Biblioteca online catalog. The SophiA Biblioteca app allows access to various features via your smartphone or tablet, including current loan information, the ability to renew loans, and to place or cancel holds.

CAPES Journal Portal
The .periodicos. app allows users to easily search the Journal Portal's collection using their smartphone. With the .periodicos. app, you can:
- •Perform quick searches by subject, journal, book, and database;
- •Access the Journal Portal remotely via the Federated Academic Community
- •Browse websites listed in search results;
- •Save the articles as PDFs in your library;
- •Search for and bookmark the articles saved in the library;
- •- Create and edit notes and tags for items.

UpToDate
UpToDate is a healthcare information platform dedicated to synthesizing knowledge for use by physicians and patients. It is produced by a community of medical experts who serve as authors, editors, reviewers, and users. It covers a wide range of topics across various medical specialties and includes text pages, graphics, summaries, references, videos, and a drug database. UpToDate Mobile App features include:

- •Enhanced search functionality (bookmarks, autocomplete, search history, and filters);
