The program is accredited by the MEC and the CFO, ensuring national recognition from a leading institution of higher education, Mandic. This guarantees the quality of instruction and provides a solid education that is recognized throughout the country.
Triple Certification: Dental surgeons who complete this program will receive three certifications: a certificate as a Specialist in Orthodontics, recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and the Federal Council of Dentistry (CFO), as well as certificates in Training in Aesthetic Aligners and Training in Orthosurgical Planning and Preparation, both recognized by the MEC.

First Module - Specialization: Orthodontics.
The Second and Third Modules—Related Field: Required courses mandated by the MEC (Ministry of Education) and the CFO (Federal Council of Dentistry), which are common to all specialties, as follows:
The Second Module, for the courses Medical Emergencies and Drug Therapy, will be delivered via distance learning.
The Third Module, for the courses Dental Ethics and Legislation and Scientific Research Methodology, will be delivered via distance learning.
Note:
Students who have already completed the courses in these two “Related Fields” modules (Medical Emergencies, Scientific Research Methodology, Pharmacotherapy, and Dental Ethics and Legislation) as part of another specialization program may request, through the Admissions Office, before beginning the course, to have these studies reviewed for credit (recognition), provided that the minimum time period of up to 4 years from the course start date has elapsed.
As an exception for former students of the São Leopoldo Mandic Institution, a proportional discount will be granted for the validated Related Field courses. If the request is made after classes have begun, the discount will only apply to the months following the date of the request.
Starting with the fourth module, the course will resume its regular schedule from Tuesday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with classes focused on the Area of Concentration (Orthodontics).
SLMandic reserves the right not to start the course on the scheduled date if the minimum number of students is not reached. Enrollees must wait for confirmation of the start date from the Sales Department so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

Current Discounts:
A 10% discount on tuition for alumni of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, except for those who took single-module courses or completed a program lasting less than 12 months, regardless of the campus.
Undergraduate alumni of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic who are enrolling in their first graduate program—excluding single-module courses—receive a 15% discount on tuition and a 50% discount on the enrollment fee.
Students who wish to pay tuition in a lump sum each semester receive a 3% discount on tuition; for annual lump-sum payments, we offer a 4% discount on tuition. For programs lasting more than 12 months, when all tuition payments are made in a lump sum, the discount is 7% off monthly tuition payments.
For accredited members/partner associates—Amil Dental, AmorSaúde, Brazil Dental, and Oral Unic—there is a 5% discount on tuition for courses at the Campinas campus and a 7% discount on tuition for courses at other campuses and online courses. And for Uniodonto Campinas* members, the discount will be 10% on tuition for courses in Campinas, at other campuses, and for online courses.
