Evaluation Committee for the Master’s and Doctoral Programs in Dentistry: Continuous Quality Improvement

The development of a strategic plan and the establishment of goals for the improvement and excellence of the programs offered by São Leopoldo Mandic College represent an institutional commitment. The institutional self-evaluation process, coordinated by the Internal Evaluation Committee, includes the following objectives:

  • To foster self-awareness that takes into account the range of activities and objectives fulfilled by the institution;
  • To identify the causes of its problems and shortcomings;
  • To confirm and promote the preservation of the institution’s strengths and potential;
  • To strengthen the institution’s ties with its community;
  • To promote systematic improvements in all of the college’s processes and procedures.

Based on the results of the institutional self-assessment conducted by the Institutional Evaluation Committee (CPA) and research carried out by the Center for Educational Intelligence, Analysis, and Management (CIAGE), the SLMANDIC Graduate Program in Dentistry engages in a broad discussion with members of the Academic Council and the institution’s leadership to explore potential improvements and establish a strategic plan to achieve set goals.
